Welcome to the Ascendea Affiliate Programme! We’re excited to partner with creators, consultants, and agencies who want to help small and medium-sized businesses grow through AI, automation, and smarter marketing.

Please read these terms carefully — they explain how our partnership works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

1. Eligibility

To join the Ascendea Affiliate Programme, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Operate a legitimate business, website, or audience that aligns with Ascendea’s brand and values.
• Have a valid UK or international bank or PayPal account for payouts.

We review all applications and may approve or decline any affiliate at our discretion.

2. How You Earn

You’ll earn 30% lifetime commission on every paying customer you refer to Ascendea using your unique tracking link or coupon code.

• Lifetime means for as long as the referred customer keeps an active, paying subscription.
• Tracking is handled via cookies (valid for 90 days) and unique coupon codes.
• You’ll also have access to a 10% discount code you can share with your audience.

All commissions are calculated on the net subscription amount, excluding taxes, refunds, or chargebacks.

3. Payouts

• Payouts are made in GBP (£), once per month, on a NET-30 basis.
• The minimum payout threshold is £50.
• Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer.

If a customer cancels or requests a refund within 30 days, the related commission will be adjusted in the following payout cycle.

Tier upgrades are reviewed quarterly.

5. How to Promote Ascendea

You can promote Ascendea through:

• Your website, blog, or newsletter
• Your social media accounts
• Paid ads (within limits – see below)
• Webinars, courses, or communities you own

All promotions must:

• Be truthful and never misleading
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., “This post contains an affiliate link” or “Paid partnership with Ascendea”)
• Follow UK ASA and CMA disclosure rules for influencers and affiliate marketers

6. What’s Not Allowed

To keep the programme fair for everyone, please don’t:

• Run paid ads using Ascendea’s branded keywords (“Ascendea”, “Ascendea AI”, etc.)
• Use spam, bots, or misleading clickbait
• Pretend to be part of the Ascendea team
• Offer unofficial discounts or modify our brand materials
• Use your own affiliate link for personal purchases
• Promote Ascendea on websites that contain adult, violent, illegal, or discriminatory content

Violations may result in removal from the programme and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Brand Guidelines

We’ll provide you with approved logos, product images, and messaging templates. Please don’t alter or recreate the Ascendea logo, brand name, or visuals without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All Ascendea content, including our website, product videos, copy, and brand assets, remain the property of Ascendea Limited. You’re granted permission to use our materials solely for promoting our products under this programme.

9. Termination

Either party can end this agreement at any time with written notice. If your account is terminated for policy violations, unpaid commissions may be forfeited. If you terminate voluntarily or due to inactivity, any outstanding valid commissions will be paid in the next payout cycle.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

We respect your privacy and comply with UK GDPR. By joining the programme, you agree that we may store and process your data for managing affiliate relationships, payments, and communications. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at support@ascendea.ai.

11. Liability

Ascendea won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the programme. Your use of the programme is at your own risk, and we can’t guarantee continuous availability or error-free tracking.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Updates

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect new regulations, systems, or payout structures. You’ll always be notified by email or through your affiliate dashboard if changes occur.
